Who is Alesha?
My passion for yoga began about 20 years ago, when my first teacher unleashed a flame that continues to evolve and shine. Yoga sneaks in and out of my life by introducing myself to me in different forms, but always giving me exactly what I need at that moment. Improving my business trips while interweaving in my career in aerospace and industrial controls, to allow a delicate balance while persuading an intense MBA in Switzerland, to ignite a passion that took place in my journey as a yoga teacher. In my classes, it is difficult to take myself seriously because I approach the practice in a fun way. My teachings are imbued with learning a mix of styles and teachers along the way, so I can not really claim a particular style. Most vinyasa streams are sprinkled with kundalini, tantra, yin, restorative and yoga nidra. I teach on the carpet, on the grass, on the sand and on an SUP. My hope is that in my teachings, I can plant a seed that will grow in your life, your family, your career, your community. Yoga is so much more than physical practice, and the skills we learn on the carpet are transferable in almost every facet of our lives. I hope to meet you one day on the carpet, or beyond.

Yoga Nidra & Sankalpa Crafting Workshop
In this workshop we take the time to craft a sankalpa that taps into our personal and innate desires. We will dive in to discover what we truly desire and then create a seed of intention we will plant in our yoga nidra session.
Yoga Nidra is known as yoga sleep. You will lie down & get comfortable as Alesha guides you through a series of visualizations into a dreamlike state where your subconscious and conscious mind connect. We tap into this space in the mind which is not typically used, and plant a seed of intention.
You will not only craft your sankalpa and plant the seed, but Alesha will also share how to continue to nourish your intention so that it manifests into your reality. This is literally the stuff from which our dreams become real.

Yoga Nidra: otherwise known as yoga sleep. That's right, you lay down & get comfortable as Alesha guides you through a series of visualizations into a dreamlike state where your subconscious and conscious mind connect. We tap into this space in the mind which is not typically used, and plant a seed of intention. This seed if cultivated will manifest into your reality. This is literally the stuff from which our dreams become real. No Joke.
Gong Bath: waves of vibration from the gorgeous and effective gong will penetrate your being at the celular level. Melody will be infusing the healing effects of our Restorative and Nidra practice with the sounds of her gorgeous gong. If you have yet to experience a gong, this is an incredible opportunity.
