Riding the Prana Vinyasa Wave
In this creative vinyasa class we will awaken the fluid body through circular movements and spiral motions. Just like the waves we have the instinctual capacity to change, adapt and flow. Our body loves the juiciness of the spontaneous expression within the rise and fall of the breath which we are going to explore. The fusion between structure and spontaneous movement will increase your bodily intelligence and liberate the creative energy within.
〰 Let's BREATHE, FEEL and FLOW together 〰

Elemental Prana Vinyasa
Within Yoga and Ayurveda the pancha mahabhutas are the basis of our existence and all creation. In this Elemental Prana Flow class we connect to the healing powers of nature within ourselves: the grounding support of the earth element, the creativity of the flowing waters, the transforming energy of fire, the life-giving prana of air and the all-encompassing sacredness of the space element.
